Press conference organisation costs

Service description:

Preparing for the event:

• Information about the event is published in the event calendar on ELTA news feed at https://elta.lt/en
• A press release prepared by the Client is published in the press release feed at https://elta.lt/en
• ELTA sends out invitations to Lithuania’s main media outlets to attend the press conference
• Name cards are prepared for guests

During the event:

• The event and its participants are photographed, 10-20 photos
• Guests are offered coffee, tea, mineral water
• The event is filmed and broadcast on ELTA’s YouTube and Facebook accounts (if filming is booked)

After the event:

• Photos from the event are published on ELTA photo feed at https://elta.lt/en/photos
• A text provided by the Client is published on ELTA press release feed

Service information:

• Venue – Gynėjų St. 16, 1st floor (Delfi office), Vilnius
• The event has to be booked 5 working days in advance. A 1.2 fee coefficient applies on events booked later than that
• If the event takes place in a different location in Vilnius relevant for the Client, a 1.5 coefficient applies on filming and broadcasting fee
• The Client is responsible for moderating the event
• Editorial boards of media outlets independently decide on their journalists attending the event

Pursuant to a separate agreement, an annual contract for press conferences with relevant discounts may be concluded. For further information about press conferences please write at: pardavimai@elta.lt
